21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

However, either party may seek interim or equitable relief, including injunctive relief, from courts having competent jurisdiction. For such judicial proceedings, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

If any party initiates litigation in contradiction to this arbitration agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs, up to a maximum of INR 1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees).

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such part shall be modified to reflect the original intent of the parties to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
